Ingredients

    2 c quick oatmeal (not whole oats)
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp salt
    1 Cup nut butter (almond, peanut,)
    1 lg banana mashed (1/2 cup)
    1/4 apple butter
    1/4 maple syrup( or honey)
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup ground flaxseed(optional)


Tips

Any nuts can be used. Use all raisins if you prefer. Apple butter is a must.


Directions

Bake at 325 for 15 to 16 min
1. Combine all ingredients in lg bowl. Mix with mixer, dough will be stiff.
2. Take 1/4 cup of dough and drop on parchment prepared cookie sheets. Slightly flatten cookie, it will not spread.
3. Bake 15 to 16 min until edges are slightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet. Stays fresh 1 wk and frozen for up to 3 months.
