    2 Tbsp of coconut oil
    1/4 cup of flour
    1 cup of broth drained off of cooked roast
    1/2 cup of water, more if needed
    1/4 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp of garlic powder


Heat coconut oil in pan, add flour, whisk until mixed with heated oil. Turn heat down to med and add broth, whisking all the while. When thickens add water until thins down and and keep stirring until throughly mixed and right consistency. Should make approximately 2 cups of gravy.

Serving Size: makes 16 - 2tbsp servings
