Introduction

I make these crepes for my 1 1/2 year old babies. They love them. I make these crepes for my 1 1/2 year old babies. They love them.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
    1 banana mashed
    5/8 cup whole milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup white whole wheat flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. A blender works well but can also be done with a whisk. Let sit to hydrate flour for about 10 minutes. Cook in a nonstick skillet using 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter per crepe.

Serving Size: 1/3 cup batter makes 1 crepe.
