Ingredients

    1 cup packed radish leaves, well washed
    1/2 cup packed lemon balm, well washed
    1 oz grated Parmesan
    1 oz sunflower seeds
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    zest of 1/2 lemon
    3 tbsp olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all the ingredients into the food processor, and pulse together until smooth (you'll have to scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice during the process).

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup, 8 (2-tbsp) servings
