1/2 Cup organic Frozen Blueberries (Costco)
1-1/2 scoops Beyond Organic Protein Formula (Amazon.com)
1 Tbs organic Flaxseeds, ground (Costco)
1/2 Frozen Banana, sliced
1 Cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
Tips
If you freeze your bananas when they are really ripe, they will add natural sweetness to your shakes and smoothies. Frozen bananas also give a shake-like texture, too.
Directions
Put your flaxseed and protein powder in your blender (I use Ninja). Add banana slices and blueberries. Top with the almond milk, and blend until smooth.
Serving Size: Serves one for a healthy breakfast or meal replacement.
