Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Tamari low sodium
    2.5 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
    1Tbsp light brown sugar
    2 tsp sriracha sauce
    1Tbsp oil
    2 Tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper
    3 Cloves of garlic, minced
    1 Onion , sliced
    1 Red bell pepper sliced
    2 Baby bok choi ,cut into quarters and then halved
    1/2 cup fresh basil
    16 oz shirataki noodles

Tips

you can add different veggies if you like ,more peppers bamboo, etc. add mushrooms as well.


Directions

Wash the Shirataki noodles several times and dry them off.
Whisk together Tamari, Lime juice , Brown sugar and Sriracha in a bowl ,set aside.
Heat oil in wok medium to high heat add jalapeno and Garlic cook for 1 minute. Add Onion ,Pepper, and Bok choi ,stir fry for 5 min. Add Tamari mix and the washed and dried Shirataki noodles simmer 3 to 5 minutes toss with basil and serve.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings @4 oz pasta + veggies.
