    0.5 cup Half and Half Cream
    1.7 cup Heavy Raw Cream, yogurt cultured
    0.5 cup heavy raw cream, creme fraiche cultured
    5 Egg Yolks, Raw
    1/4 cup Erythritol 1/4 Cup
    0.5 tsp. iquid sweet leaf stevia
    1 Tbsp. Organic Vanilla Extract
    0.5 tsp. Almond Extract
    1 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)unthawed


1) In double boiler, make custard with egg yolks and half and half, cooking over simmering water until it coats spoon. Cool slightly over ice water.
2) Stir sweeteners and extracts into custard. Then stir into heavy cream mixtures. Chill until ready to make.
3) Pour ice cream mixture into freezer container of ice cream maker. Prepare according to manufacturer's instructions. Our self-cooling Secura model takes about 30 minutes.
4) When thickened and nearly frozen, add blueberries and finish freezing.
