Introduction

Simple to bake and delicious, these bacon and egg "cupcakes" will make your morning! Simple to bake and delicious, these bacon and egg "cupcakes" will make your morning!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 Slices of Bacon
    6 Eggs
    Pepper or other spices to taste

Tips

These do NOT need salt added as the bacon is plenty salty.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400.
Create 6 "crusts" from the bacon slices in a cupcake tin.
Crack eggs into each.
Season with pepper or other spices to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes or so. Pull out of the oven with the whites are solid.
Place on a plate lined in paper towel to absorb excess grease.
