Ingredients

    2 boxes Suddenly Salad bacon ranch pasta salad mix
    1 cup light ranch dressing
    1.5 tsp dill weed (optional)
    1.5 cup small broccoli florets
    .75 cup matchstick carrots
    4 medium green onions, sliced
    1 medium to large cucumber, thinly sliced

Tips

This tastes good with or without the dill, but it does give it a nice little zing. If you're using the dill, make the pasta salad ahead of time and let it sit in the fridge for a while to soak in the flavor.


Directions

Empty pasta mix into saucepan of boiling water, cooking for about 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
While pasta is cooking, slice up veggies
Drain pasta into collander and rinse with cold water for about 5 minutes. Shake to drain well.
In a large bowl add in seasoning mix, dressing, and dill. Stir in pasta and veggies. Store leftovers in the fridge.
