Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz
    *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp
    *Hoisin Sauce, 6 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    *green onion (fresh), 0.25 cup
    Red pepper flakes, 0.25 tsp
    White flour tortillas, 12

Directions

Cook pork strips in oil until still pink inside.
Remove from pan.
Cook onion and mushroom until soft, then add cabbage and carrots. Cook until soft. Put pork back into cabbage mixture. Add soya sauce, sesame oil, dried hot peppers flakes.
Spread hoisin sauce on flatbread, put mixture, fold and enjoy!
