Ingredients

    5 c Rhubarb, chopped
    1 c Sugar
    1 Tbsp butter
    1/2 c water

    Bring to boil, stir in 2 Tbsp Corn Starch mixed with 1/4 c water and cook 1 min.

    Biscuits:
    1 1/4 c flour
    1/2 oatmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 TBSP sugar

    Combine and gently stir in:
    2/3 c milk
    1/2 c oil

    Drop biscuits over rhubarb mixture to evenly cover the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
