Ingredients

    Omaha Steak Top Sirloin Steak, 18 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz (remove)
    Kirkland Ciabatta Roll (1 roll), 5 serving (remove)
    salt
    pepper
    torn basil leaves
    italian seasoning

Directions

Slice steak into strips 1/4" wide (bite sized). Toss with 1t olive oil and 1/4 t salt and pepper. Heat skillet over high heat. Add 1t olive oil and cook steak ~3 minutes until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Add minced garlic cloves and remaining olive oil. Saute 30 seconds and add diced tomatoes, ~1/2t italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 6 minutes. Add steak back into pan. Meanwhile preheat broiler and slice ciabatta bread (10 slices). Broil for about 1 minute. Top evenly with steak mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Broil ~2 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
