Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup Truvia baking blend
    2 scoops Vanilla protein powder - garden of life raw
    1 T choc pudding mix instant dry
    1 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    1 cup liquid egg whites
    1/2 c Yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven 350
Coat muffin cups w cooking spray
Grind oats to flour like consistency in blender or processor
In large bowl whisk w other dry ingredients
Add egg whites and yogurt, whisk until smooth
Divide equally among muffin cups
Bake 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
