Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins
    3/4 cup 100% All Whites egg whites
    1/4 cup Mrs. Butter-Worth's Sugar Free Syrup
    2 Slices Fat Free Kraft Cheese
    1 TBSP Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Tips

You may also add cinnamon and or vanilla extract to egg whites.


Directions

Pre heat skillet to medium heat. Add 1/2 of syrup to raw egg whites, stir. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray. Add egg white mixture, once cooked half way add bacon bits to one side and fold in half like omelet. Change heat setting to low and cover with lid.
Slice muffins in half and toast. Add remaining syrup to muffins after toasting.
Cut omelet in half and add 1 half to each muffin top with cheese and enjoy!
