*Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 16 oz
Instant Brown Rice, 6 cup cooked
*Green Onion 1/4 cup
Garlic, 2 clove
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced
Carrots, raw, 1/2 cup, strips or slices
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
*Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp
*Onion powder, 2 tbsp
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
*Beef Bouillon - 1 cube optional
Tips
be sure there is enough liquid to cook the item in the skillet. If you want you may add a little water to prevent burning a couple of tablespoons.
Directions
make instant brown rice according to package directions set aside--
chop up boneless pork loin into bite sized pieces for cooking
get large skillet or wok add vegetables and olive oil. make sure garlic onion carrots broccoli are chopped well.
cook until onion is slightly browned and vegetable are soft but not mushy. Add pork cook until thouroughly browned. Add spices and bouillon. add soy sauce. cook to dissolve bouillon cube.
Add brown rice and blend together in large skillet. If dry in skillet may add a little more olive oil or soy sauce to prevent sticking.
