Ingredients

    1 cups oat flour (just grind raw oats in food processor or blender to make into flour)
    1 Tbsp ground flax
    45 grams of whey protein (I used Pure Protein Vanilla Creme)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
    2 eggs

Tips

These cook faster than your typical waffle.


Directions

Cook until brown.

Serving Size: Makes 3 waffles on a George Forman grill w/waffle plates
