Ingredients


    Ingredients:

    For Base:

    *Better Than Bouillon - Chicken Base, 4 tsp

    "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp

    Ginger Root, 2 tsp, thinly sliced

    Garlic, 5 clove, crushed and sliced

    *Mushroom Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp

    *Dynasty Hot Chili OIl, 1 tsp

    Water to fill pot



    Add to boiling water in this order:
    ~Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed (sliced-don't shred)

    ~Lobster Classic Imitation Lobster (1/2 C), chunked

    ~Bok Choi - Chinese Cabbage, 4 cup, smallest plants you can find, botoms sliced off so that all stems/leaves are free

    ~Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces (thinly sliced, stems removed)

    ~Yellow Rice Noodles, 2 cup (pan fried noodles, found in asian specialty stores)

    Right before serving:
    ~Radishes, 1 cup slices (thinly sliced)

    Garnish with:
    ~Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large (cut in half, lengthwise. 1 half per bowl)

Tips

Radishes get soft very quickly, so add them in last


Directions

Add base ingredients into pot, fill with water, heat until boiling

Add chicken and lobster, turn down to medium heat

Add in bok choi, cook for 2 minutes

Add shiitake mushrooms, cook for 1 minute

Add Noodles, making sure that settle to the bottom of pot to cook

When bok choi is cooked to your liking, add in radishes, remove from heat

Serve in bowls, add half of a hard boiled egg to each bowl

optional: green onions may be added to the soup with the mushrooms

Serving Size: Makes 10+ bowls of soup
