Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Plain/Vanilla low-fat yogurt
    Strawberries(optional)
    Raspberries(optional)
    Blackberries(optional)
    Banana(optional)
    Mostly any kind of fruit ^-^
    If you don't want it super thick put in some milk

Directions

Put your yogurt in a blender. Add whatever fruit you want, then blend. If it's too thick add a little milk. That's it! Just drink it and enjoy ^-^
