1 C heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
8 pkts Stevia (or sweeten to taste)
1 T vanilla
Tips
A better quality blender will be able to make a thicker icecream, this one will be very soft.
If you like, top with berries (don't forget to count the carbs)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in blender, freeze in ice-cube tray.
2. Put frozen cubes in blender, add water as needed (this recipe based on 1 cup water)
Blend till desired consistency.
