Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp dried shrimp
    4 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 lb green beans
    1/2 lb pork loin, chopped finely
    1 tsp ginger
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp crushed red chili
    4 dry red chilis (not listed in ingredients)
    1 Tbsp oil

Directions

Soak dried shrimp in hot water for 30 min.
While shrimp are soaking, mix sauce (soy sauce, sugar & sesame oil) and blanch beans.
Drain shrimp & mince, add to sauce.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok until hot. Add ginger, garlic, chili and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Add green beans and stir for a minute, then add sauce. Reduce sauce and heat through.

Serving Size: Makes 4 3/4 c servings
