Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz. each))
    1/3 C. skim milk
    1 T. apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 C. flour
    2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp Knorr granulated chicken broth
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried thyme

Tips

This is also low sodium. Add salt to taste as desired.

Directions

In a plastic qt. ziploc bag combine milk, vinegar and pepper.
Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Place them in baggie with milk mixture. Close and mix the liquids all around the chicken thoroughly. Set aside for 15 minutes, heating oven to 425 F.
Meanwhile in a pie plate stir together the rest of the dry ingredients and shake to settle evenly in the plate. Remove breast one at a time from baggie and place meaty side down in flour mix. Re dunk in milk bag then finish with flour mix evenly coating each breast.
Heat a deep broiler-type pan that is sprayed with Pam for about 5 mins. Place breasts meat side down in pan and cook at 425 for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 375 F. and cook until done (about 15 mins.) I placed a loose tent of foil over the chicken when I turned the heat down.
