This is the easiest quick dinner, with a piece of protein, it's complete, nourishing, satisfying and perfect for a low carb nutritional lifestyle or insulin resistance individual. Ingredients

    6 Cups grated cabbage (Fresh Express, 3 color,16 ounces)
    2 green onions chopped (use scissors, it's faster)
    1 c chopped celery
    1/4 c mayo
    1/2 c water

    spices to taste (garlic, pepper)

Tips

Sometimes I serve 1 cup on a lettuce bed, more bulk very little extra calories or carbs. Other options may be adding other raw, low carb veggies, gr peppers, cauliflower, broccolli etc.

Side effect, especially beneficial to help with regulation for low carbers when they are first starting their new lifestyle. (induction)


Directions

Mix in bowl, best if served the next day.
