Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3/4 cup old fashioned oats
    1 container unsweetened apple sauce
    3 egg whites, large
    1 whole egg, large
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 packets stevia

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Spread in preheated nonstick pan over med heat. Cook for a few minutes, then flip. Cook some more, eat.

It makes a huge pancake, so I cut it in half for two servings or make 2 smaller pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 giant pancake/2 servings
