Ingredients



    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 1tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)

    6 Tbsp wager

Tips

Crust freezes wonderful and is awesome to make ahead for quick meals. I love to put hummus as my sauce then some sauted veggies on top with fresh tomatoes and spinach. This also makes an awesome wrap for fajitas!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rice cauliflower in food processor until you have 2 cups packed. Bring 6 TBSP of water to a boil and put cauliflower into pan and cover. Turn off heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes until tender. In mixing bowl place all other ingredients and mix. Once cauliflower is cool place in a kitchen towel and drain all the water from it and place in mixing bowl. Mix with egg mixture until fully incorporated. Spread onto cookie sheet lined with parchment as thin as possible without creating holes in crust and bake for 40 -50 minutes or until brown. Cut crust in half and top with favorite pizza topping and put back in over to heat.
