Ingredients

    Spaghetti Squash, 2 cup
*Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine (2 TBSP), 6 serving
Neufchatel Cheese, 1 package (3 oz)
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz., 4 serving
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .25 cup
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    *Onion powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    .25 cup water
    1 pat of butter, unsalted

Directions

Slice the spaghetti squash in half and de-seed. Place face down on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until a fork pierces the shell. Remove from shell and fluff with a fork, mix in butter and 1/2 onion and garlic powder. While that is cooking salt and pepper to taste the pork, sprinkle with half of the onion and garlic powders. In a hot pan cook the pork until golden brown over medium heat. Remove the cooked chops from the pan and de-glaze the pan with .25 cup of water. Add in wine and Neufchatel Cheese. Whisk over low heat until smooth and combined. Serve over pork and squash with a sprinkle of chives.
