Introduction

A healthier alternative to beef burgers, without losing any flavor! A healthier alternative to beef burgers, without losing any flavor!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    500g of extra lean ground chicken
    1/4 cup red onions
    1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tsp of red pepper flakes
    1 tsp of dried thyme
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt
    1 tsp of water


    Add your own bun.

Tips

I top my burgers with tomato, cheese, lettuce, ketchup, mustard and mayo.
These items are not added into the nutritional info.


Directions

Add all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix together well.

Form 4 balls and put on a baking sheet.
Use something flat (I use a plastic cutting board) to flatten burgers

BBQ until cooked. ~20-30 mins
