Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    3 cups salsa
    2 cups cooked black beans
    1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste
    5 acorn squash, cut in half and seeded

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients besides squash together and stuff in squash holes. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in casserole pans in case of leakage. Bake in 350 oven for on hour.
