Introduction

Steel cut oats, with flax seed and chia. Steel cut oats, with flax seed and chia.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup
    Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
    Chia seeds, 3 tbsp
    Plain Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz
    1 cup raspberries (or other berry)

Tips

I like to divide into small canning jars and store individual servings in the refrigerator. Add additional fresh fruit for sweetness when ready to serve. Eat hot or cold.


Directions

Cook steel oats as per package directions.
Allow to cool slightly, then add all other ingredients.
Mx together, including fresh fruit.
Add water to get desired consistency.
Store in refrigerator.
