Introduction
These pancakes are fluffy and taste as close to the real deal as you can get. These pancakes are fluffy and taste as close to the real deal as you can get.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

4oz Cream Cheese (room temp)
4 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetned almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon(optional)
3 packets Stevia (I use Sweet Leaf)
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup Carbalose Flour (if batter is too thin you can add a tbs at a time until thick but flowable)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Tips
Top with butter and sugar-free syrup.
Directions
I mix this all together in my blender then fold in blueberries afterwards..Can be mixed by hand too.
Mix eggs , almond milk cream cheese and stevia till smooth.
Add flour and baking powder mix.
Pour into bowl and lightly fold in blueberries.
Pour onto heated griddle or skillet by the 1/3 cup full. flip when bottom is golden brown and bubbles appear on top. Done when both sides brown.
Serving Size: makes 6 6" pancakes
