Ingredients

    1 c. reg. rice
    6-8 chicken legs
    1 soup can water
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    8 tsp Minced Onion (dried),
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    4 tsp Chicken flavor Bullion granuals,
    1 bag mixed vegetables

Tips

Mix the Garlic, Onion, Pepper, and bullion together for homemade onion soup mix. If the soup flavoring is too strong just halve the amount you add.


Directions

Grease large casserole and put in rice. Top with onion soup mix and chicken. Pour mixture of soup and water over all. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. 6-8 servings.
