1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds

This is amazing on pancakes or toast instead of high sugar syrups and store-bought jams.
Directions
put all ingredients in a bowl and use hand/immersion blender until you reach the desired consistency.
Refridgerate for 2 hours or over night.
Keeps in the fridge for about 14 days.
