Ingredients

    1 lb 93% Lean ground beef
    1/2 cup Oats (gluten-free)
    1/2 cup Egg substitute
    1/2 cup Salsa
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    1/4 chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1/4 cup chopped Onions
    1 TBSP Garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp salt
    Dash of balsamic vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients
Put into a non stick loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
