Ingredients

    1 lb Salmon Fillet
    3 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp lemon juice
    10 g white onion, minced
    4 cl garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp kosher slat
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    5 sprigs dill, chopped fine

Tips

I like to use salmon in this recipe, but almost any fish will do. Can also substitute chicken for the salmon and replace dill with any herb.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Coat sheet pan with cooking spray. Lay salmon on pan.

Mix mustard, lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture onto salmon. Sprinkle dill over salmon.

Bake in oven for 15-20 min or until desired level of doneness is reached.
