Ingredients

    15 medjool dates
    1/4 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
    2 TBS cocoa (or cacao powder)
    2 TBS hemp seeds
    extra cocoa powder for rolling balls in to coat

Tips

You can add just about anything to these and it all tastes good. Consider: raisins or other dried fruit, spices such as cinnamon or ginger, candied ginger, other nuts/seeds...


Directions

Run all ingredients through food processor or blender. Hand shape into 1" balls. Roll in cocoa powder to coat.
