Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - about 6 strips of (yellow) pepper diced
    - Onion, one big slice diced
    - Broccoli
    - 3 links of breakfast sausages
    - 3 slices of bacon
    - 6 eggs
    - 1 cup of 1% milk
    - 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    - 1 tsp of chives, thyme and parsley
    - 1 tbsp of unsalted butter

Directions

1- Start oven at 375F
2- Dice your pepper and onion
3- Cook bacon and sausage link and save
4- Melt butter in pan
5- Cook onions until transparent
6- Cook broccoli and peppers for about 3 minutes (until slightly cooked)
7- Mix eggs, milk and spices in bowl
8- Dice sausages and bacon
9- Add bacon and sausages to vegetables
10- Add egg mixture to vegetables and meat
11- Spread cheese on top
12- Place in over for about 20-25 minutes until cooked.
