Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cups
Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cups
Hormel REAL crumb. Bacon 6 oz.
Whey Protein - 2 scoops
Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 6 tbsp
LouAna Pure Coconut Oil, 3/4 cup
Baking Soda, 3 tsp
Sea Salt with iodine, 2 tsp
Buttermilk 2.5 cup
Velveta chipotle, 3/4
Hickory smoke flavoring - 2 tbsp
Tips
May be dunked in warm milk or coffee, or even pan fried in butter or bacon grease. If eating by itself, allow saliva to soften each bite or you'll be visiting the dentist (assuming there is a dentist during an apocalypse)!!

Mix the dry ingredients. Slowly add coconut oil and mix together by hand until flour mixture has a crumb texture. Add buttermilk and kneed until able to form a solid ball of dough. Cut into squares or rounds and use a fork to make multiple air vents on both sides. Bake in the oven at 325 for about 20 minutes. Turn and allow to finish baking another 20 minutes. Place in dehydrator for 6-8 hours, seal with vacuum sealer. Basically a whole meal on its own.
