Ingredients

    1 cup kale greens
    1/2 banana sliced
    1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    1 cup tropical frozen fruit (berries, mango, peach etc.)
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 Tbs agave nectar
    1/2 cup organic fat free milk
    water as desired

Tips

You may add a bit of fresh ginger root for a little kick.


Directions

Put all ingredients in Nutribullet blender and blend to desired consistency.
