Introduction

I wanted to make a lighter version of the broccoli salad. This uses turkey bacon and yogurt, in place of regular bacon and mayo. I also added cabbage and craisins for a different taste. I brought this version and the regular high-octane version and everyone preferred the low-fat version! I wanted to make a lighter version of the broccoli salad. Very Good
This was delicious! The only thing I might suggest is mixing the dressing with the broccoli before adding the other ingredients. Once I had all the ingredients in one bowl, the dressing wanted to cling to everything else, leaving the broccoli a little dry. - 6/9/08
