Ingredients

La Tortilla Factory, Tomato & Basil Low Carb 10" Tortilla
Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, 1 Wedge
1/4 of an Avocados, fruit without skin and seeds
Chicken Breast, no skin or bone, 2.5 ounces
1/4 small red Onions, cooked,
3 oz. Yams cooked
Directions
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 for about 10 minutes while you prep. Wet entire tortilla and put in oven for approximately 5 minutes after oven's been preheated.
Be sure to tak out the tortilla while the chicken, onions and yams are cooking.
Cut red onion, yams and Chicken breast into small strips. Sautee the yams in spray olive oil for approximately 15 minutes turning throughout to even out cooking on medium-high heat. Sautee both the chicken breast strips and red onions in a separate pan turning throughout for about 15 minutes on low-medium heat.
While the chicken and potoatoes are cooking cut 1/4 of an avocado into small peices and put aside. Spread the cheese over the entire tortilla.
Take the chicken, onions and potatoes and spread inside of the tortilla, mostly in the middle. As you begin to wrap one side over, wrap up the bottom of the tortilla and then finish wrapping/turning the tortilla closed.
This is one serving or can be an appetizer for two is cut into 4 peices.
