Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    4 c. ROLLED oats
    1c. brown rice flour (can also try mixing protein powder and flour half & half)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3 egg whites & 1 whole egg
    3 Tblsp. Honey
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 c. dried mixed berries (no sugar added)
    1/3 c. dried apricots (no sugar added)
    c. slivered almonds

Tips

You can put whatever you want in these bars, chocolate pieces, etc., but keep in mind the calories, fat, etc will change).

You can also do half flour and half protein powder


Directions

Mix dry ingredients by hand

Mix wet ingredients by hand

Mix dry and wet ingredients together by hand with spatula

Mix berries and almonds into oat mixture

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Press mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Check at 25 minutes with toothpick.

Let cool. Then cut into 16 bars.
