Half a pound Shrimp
1 cup onion strips
2 cup bell pepper strips
3,4 big spoons ginger and garlic minced
2 tbsp oil
1 can Lite coconut milk 14 oz
1tsp turmeric powder
Whole garam masala cinnamons, cloves, black pepper.
Red chili powder
Cilantro
Lime juice
Directions
Peel, clean and marinate shrimp in salt pepper and lime juice
Heat oil, add whole garam masala, saute until fragrant. Add ginger and garlic. Saute 2 minutes, add onion, saute till soft. Ad peppers and turmeric and chili powder. Saute 5 minutes. Add shrimp. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add coconut milk, stir n simmer for 10 min. Adjust salt and garnish with cilantro and lime juice. Serve over rice
