Ingredients

    2 cups green beans
    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 teaspoons garlic
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar
6 ounces plain potato chips, crushed

Tips

If you have chips o a regular basis, you can collect the end-of-bag crumbs and freeze them until you're ready to make the casserole. I've only ever used plain chips, not sure how this would be with flavored chips.

Directions

Crush potato chips. Cook green beans until tender; drain. While beans are cooking, brown hamburger with onion and garlic in a large skillet; drain fat. Combine soup, milk, and cheese in small bowl. Combine soup mixture, browned beef, and green beans in skillet. Pour in half of the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan. Top with half the potato chips. Top with remaining beef mixture and then remaining crushed chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
