Ingredients

15 Brussel Sprouts trimmed and cut in half
1/8 c. dried cranberries
1/8 c. reduced fat feta cheesed
1/4 c. cooked barley
1 T. raw honey
1 T. pure maple syrup
1 T. olive oil
salt and pepper
Tips
I cooked up two cups of barley to use in different ways throughout the week.
Directions
Cook barley per instructions on package.
After barley is cooked, heat oil in fry pan and add brussel sprouts and cranberries. Cook until brussel sprouts are becoming tender and browned. Add honey and balsamic vinegar cook down until nice and coated and brussel sprouts are done. combine this with the barley until well mixed. Put on plate and sprinkle almonds and cheese on top. Enjoy!
