Ingredients

    This is what I used as my ingredients:
    16 oz. Trader Joe's Just grilled chicken (precooked)
    3 Tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Kirkland Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp. Raw Cane Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Honey
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    pinch of Ginger and a pinch of Cinnamon
    2 cups Broccoli
    2 Bell Peppers (or 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow, 1/2 orange, 1/2 green)
    1 cup sliced Mushrooms
    1 Onion

Directions

Heat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Chop the onion and Sauté
Chop the peppers and broccoli
Slice the mushrooms
Mix everything peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and onion with the rest of the ingredients except the chicken.
Chop chicken into smaller pieces if desired
Mix chicken in
Put into a oven safe baking dish
Bake for 10 minutes if chicken is precooked (may need longer if using raw chicken)
