Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 3/4 cups white all purpose flour
    1 1/2 cups splenda
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 cups Guittard Milk Chocolate Chips
    2 cups chopped walnuts
    4-5 dashes good cinnamon

Tips

about 4 bananas make 2 cups mashed... the riper they are the better it will taste!


Directions

distribute all of the batter into 24 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 25- 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if they are done, if not add 5 minutes until golden.
