    Milk
    Wholewheat flour
    Brown sugar
    Whey protein
    Baking powder
    Bicarb
    Salt
    Sunflower oil
    Water
    Peanut butter
    Raisins/sultanas


Directions

Mix oats and milk
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients to oats
Add dry ingredients to oats
Don't over mix!
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins, they might need a few mins longer
