Introduction
These are make ahead eggs for people who have no time to make breakfast, or anytime really. These are make ahead eggs for people who have no time to make breakfast, or anytime really.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1/2 mushrooms chopped
5 slices Turkey Bacon, chopped into pieces
2 slices Kraft Free American Cheese
10 Large Eggs
1 Tbs Brummel & Brown Original Spread made with Yogurt
Directions
Saute Onions, Green Pepper, Mushrooms and Turkey Bacon till tender in Brummel Spread.
Spray 12 Muffins pans with non stick spray.
Put the Saute'd mixture in each one of the muffin
pans using all of the mixture. Slice the cheese so each muffin pan has a little piece of cheese.
Scramble the eggs nice an fluffy and add to each muffin pan so mixture is covered.
Bake at 350 for 25 Minutes. They will be nice an fluffy.
(They will deflat alittle as they cool) Let cool. Put in a baggie in the frig. Next morning either eat chilled or nuke in the microwave 15 seconds at a time as your headed out the door.
