Ingredients

    6 to 8 large garden tomatoes, diced and slightly drained
    1 small red onion, diced
    1 medium white onion, diced
    10 raw Jalapeno Peppers, diced
    8 raw Garlic Cloves, minced
    5 raw Anaheim peppers, diced
    1 bunch (1/4 cup or 8 t) raw Cilantro, chopped
    1/2 c fresh squeezed Lime juice
    salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste

Tips

Best to let this sit in the fridge for a couple hours to blend the flavors!


Directions

Assemble all listed veggies and chop to a uniform size. Mix together in a large bowl and add Lime juice and salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
