Ingredients

**Steaks**
1.25 lb ground turkey
1/2 oat flour (instructions below)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 small onion, grated
3 garlic cloves, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
**Gravy**
1 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp flour
2 C beef broth
1 medium onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
**Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes**
6 small red potatoes, cut into even pieces
1 head of garlic
1/2 Tbsp EVOO
salt & pepper to taste
splash of chicken stock
**Oat Flour Instructions**
Grind 1/2 C dry old-fashioned oats in a food process, bullet, or coffee grinder until powdered.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
**Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes**
Cut off top of garlic and place on a piece of foil. Add EVOO, salt and pepper. Wrap up the foil, and place the garlic in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, or until tender. Boil the potatoes.
Once both are done, squeeze the garlic into the potatoes, add a splash of chicken stock, and mash together.
**Steaks**
In a mixing bowl, combine patty ingredients. Score into 5 even patties (or weigh them out). Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
**Gravy**
Melt margarine in a small pan. Add the onions, and cook until tender and translucent. Sprinkle with flour, and cook out for a minute or two. Whisk in the beef stock, and bring to a boil to thicken.
Serving Size: Makes 5 (1 patty plus 1/3 C gravy) Servings
