Ingredients

    3 - 14.5 oz cans Swanson 99%fat free Chicken Broth
    1 stalk fresh leek (only white part) diced
    2 pkg Instant Cream of Wheat
    2 Tblsp butter

Tips

Can use regular cream of wheat.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 25 minutes.
